Publish, Share and Present

When you publish a project it will be given a public URL that can be accessed by anyone. This URL gives people the ability to explore your analysis without being able to save any changes they make to the project. As the publisher of a project, you have control of the areas of analysis that are made public.

You can update or delete a project after it has been published.

Create Another Project Version

As opposed to updating a public project, creating another project version allows you to keep the old version. Both project versions will be publicly available from different URLs. Creating different public versions of your project means that you can focus each version on different aspects of your data.

To create another version of your public project, start by selecting the 'Published' button from the top menu of your project.

Update a Published Project

After you have published a project, you can access the public edition of the project from its public URL. Despite any changes you make, the public edition of your project won't change unless you choose to manually update it. You can do this by clicking on the 'Published' button in the top menu.

When you update a public project, the changes that you've made are immediately reflected at the public URL. If you can't see your changes, try opening the project in incognito mode. You won't be able to see the old edition of a public project after you've updated it.

Delete a Public Project

Deleting a project means that your project won't be available anymore from its public URL. This means that all the people you have shared your public project with will lose access to it so make sure to tell them this.
