Graphext allows you to run benchmark analysis comparing the activity of different companies in Social Media. Use Tractor to download data from different social platforms, then upload your resulting CSV file to Graphext to begin your analysis.

Twitter Data about Competitors

To collect data on your competitors from Twitter, use the Twitter query language inside of Tractor's 'Search' field to build a query including a range of different terms.

To collect data posted by your competitors on Twitter, again use the Twitter query language inside of Tractor's 'Search' field to build a query including a range of different terms.

Competitor Instagram Posts

To collect data posted by your competitors on Instagram, select 'Instagram Media' from Tractor's dropdown menu and then list the usernames of your competitors inside of the link field.

To collect data posted by your competitors on Facebook, select Facebook Pages' from Tractor's dropdown menu and then list the page names of your competitors inside of the 'Page Link' field. Then, select posts from the 'Get' dropdown menu.
